United has the easiest process in the industry! Get into your new rental FAST and all remote if desired.
Finding a rental with United Property Management is easy! simply click on our “rentals” drop down under “residents” and find a home you want to view.
Most of our units are approved for self showings. This means that you simply text, call, or email us at info@unitedpm.co or (208) 795-1055 and we will send you a code to the on site lock box for the desired time you want to view the property and you can view the home without the need to meet with a leasing agent. All we need is a valid government ID and photo of a credit card (no charges unless you break something).
When you find the home that you like and have completed your showing, simply call, text, or email us for a link to the application and we will have the ball rolling quickly. Please be prepared with ssn, paystubs, etc.

All pets must be approved and on the lease prior to getting keys and must follow our pet criteria on our “Rental Policies” page.
An initial deposit and first month’s rent will be due prior to getting keys to the unit. However, we do offer a “delayed deposit” option that you can find more about on our “FAQ’s” page. Keys will be on site ready for you in the lockbox.
Renters insurance is required for all tenants and United Property Management to also be listed on the insurance policy. Rental insurance is required to be maintained throughout the life of the lease and proof given as requested for an up to date policy.
Move in is simple! the keys will be waiting for you on site in a lockbox and we will provide the lockbox code to you at this time. We will also provide a “move in checklist” to ensure all maintenance related items and property is up to par. This checklist is due back within 48 business hours or else a fee is assessed every month that it is not turned in. If you are out of state and unable to provide this checklist, we will make an exemption.
Our maintenance teams will be a major part of your rental experience. We want to ensure that your experience is positive and things are working as they should. We do keep a lockbox on site at all times for our maintenance technicians to make repairs. They will always attempt to schedule a time for repairs that work for you, however, if needed they can post a 24 hour notice and enter using the on site key anytime a repair needs to be performed or inspection needs to be done. We can request an inspection at any time, however, we try to limit this to once per year at a time and date that works for you. Our goal is to be as minimally intrusive as possible, while maintaining the properties satisfactory condition.
Paying rent is easy, as we accept online payments through your login portal. We will not be accepting checks or money orders at this time unless its emergency only. There will be a fee assessed to all payments either online or physical.
