Our 5.9% management fee and $0 startup costs cover all the following management items:

• Setting up your property in our many management systems
• Setting rental rates through professional rental analysis and ai, maximizing your income.
• Taking photographs of the property
• Listing your property on all the top rental sites and advertising to our internal client network
• Setting and showing the property to prospective renters
• Extensive screening process to ensure great tenants
• Drafting industry leading leases, collecting signatures, and deposits
• Moving in tenants, move-in inspections, and keys
